New UAB Rehabilitation Pavilion opening 2025
UAB Spain Rehabilitation Center is opening an 11-story, state-of-the-art inpatient rehabilitation hospital in spring 2025. The new UAB Rehabilitation Pavilion will include 78 rehabilitation beds and the most advanced technology – all designed to promote functional activity at every turn. The new facility will help us enhance our focus on neurorehabilitation for patients with stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and other conditions. From physical therapists and occupational therapists to RNs and LPNs, there are a variety of job opportunities available to join UAB Spain Rehabilitation Center’s interdisciplinary care team. For positions at the new UAB Rehabilitation Pavilion, a $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible RNs, occupational therapists, and physical therapists for offers extended and accepted between Jan. 21 and March 21, with a start date no later than July 31, 2025.
