Apply & Check Application Status

It is important to know that your application experience may vary depending on where you wish to work within UAB Medicine.

If you are applying to work at UAB Hospital, The Kirklin Clinic of UAB Hospital, UAB Callahan Eye Hospital and Clinics, or UAB Health System, you will create a candidate profile and submit an application through their applicant tracking system (Taleo).

If you are applying for a position with the UA Health Services Foundation or any of our outpatient clinics, you will create a candidate profile and submit an application through a different applicant tracking system (PeopleFluent).

These applicant tracking systems are independent of one another, so you will only be able to save your information, view jobs you have applied for, and check the status of your application within the system you applied through. If you need any special accommodations or if you have questions about the application process, we encourage you to contact UAB Medicine Human Resources.
