UAB Home Infusion Therapy provides pharmacy services for patients who require intravenous (IV) or injectable medications at home. Our team works with your UAB Medicine providers and your insurance company to ensure that you receive timely, quality care and have the best possible home infusion therapy experience.

How to File a Complaint:
UAB Medicine is committed to providing excellent patient care and customer service. However, if you have a complaint or concern, it will be managed appropriately and resolved in a timely manner. Within five calendar days of receiving a complaint or grievance, the patient or patient’s representative will be notified that it has been received and is being investigated. This will be done by phone, email, fax, or letter. The patient or patient’s representative will receive written notification of the results of the investigation within 14 calendar days.
