Patients and families are our focus at UAB Medicine. In your role on our Guest and Hospitality Services team, the customer service and assistance you provide to them is just as impactful on their stay as the clinical care they receive.
Our guest services staff, patient escorts, and patient advocates provide visitors with directions, information, and knowledge to make their stay more comfortable. Your welcoming demeanor and smile can make a world of difference to visitors and help us be viewed as a world-class medical facility that offers compassionate care.
