• Units or departments wanting to order T-shirts for their professional observance dates or for an event/cause must first request approval from COG prior to starting the T-shirt design/ordering process. T-shirt requests must be submitted via the T-shirt approval form below.
  • Once COG has approved the T-shirt request, UAB Health System Marketing & Communications must approve the design. All T-shirt designs must comply with current UAB Medicine brand guidelines and be routed through the Marketing Approval Process.
  • UAB Health System Marketing & Communications can help with T-shirt designs if they are contacted at least four weeks prior to when the design is needed. To get started employees can complete the form below.
