- Monitor technician: perform patient monitoring and observation duties to watch for life-threatening issues
- Patient care technician (PCT): provide direct inpatient care and support to bedside nurses
- Patient observer: monitor patients and help ensure safety through observation and surveillance
- Unit secretary: support nursing staff by performing administrative duties
- Dietary clerk: respond to meal requests and support patients’ dietary needs
- Food Services worker: receive, assemble, prepare, and distribute food for patients, visitors, and staff
- Guest Services representative: answer calls, provide directions, and perform other customer service duties
- Patient transporter: transport patients from parking areas to appointment locations
