- 2 pear halves

- Chocolate sea salt RXBAR
- White cheddar rice cake
Dinner
- Grilled chicken breast marinated in The New Primal classic marinade
- Green beans roasted with oil, garlic powder, and black pepper
- 2 Fig Newton cookies
- Water
