UAB Medicine Announces Post COVID Treatment Program

UAB Medicine has developed the Post COVID Treatment Program for patients who are experiencing symptoms 3-4 weeks after testing positive for the coronavirus. The program is designed to help patients receive proper follow-up care during their recovery process.

Patients should contact the Post COVID Treatment Program team if they meet all of these criteria:

  • Have received a COVID positive test result
  • It has been 3-4 weeks since the positive test result was received
  • Still experiencing symptoms
