Can hyperbaric treatments kill the coronavirus?
Hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) therapy involves breathing pure oxygen in a pressurized room or tube. It is thought that when bodily tissues are damaged, HBO therapy can increase the amount of oxygen in the body and promote healing. However, there is no proof that HBO therapy can kill coronaviruses such as COVID-19.
