TKC Interdisciplinary Infusion Clinic

The Interdisciplinary Infusion Clinic consists of 8 chairs with an average of 18-25 patients per day. The clinic is a referral clinic for all UAB physicians and not connected to one particular discipline.

• Adult - all types of therapies outside of chemotherapy

Nurse/Patient Ratio

• 1/3 chairs (max)

 
Shifts

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

 
Skill Mix

• Registered Nurse - 100%

 
Unit Requirements

• 3-5 year clinical experience is preferred

 
Orientation

• 6-12 weeks
