Pain Treatment Clinic

The UAB Pain Treatment Clinic is a comprehensive pain clinic with an emphasis on interventional procedures. All physicians are anesthesiologists that are board certified in pain medicine.

Patient Population

• Ages 16 and up

Number of Beds

• 2 procedure suites
• 8 pre-procedure rooms
• 6 clinic rooms

Nurse/Patient Ratio

• Nurse and technician assigned to procedure rooms
• Nurse and patient care technician assigned to pre-procedure and clinic rooms

Rotation/Shifts

• Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:00 pm
