Our experienced physicians work closely with the Divisions of Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Otolaryngology, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Urology, and other necessary specialists to provide patients with the ultimate care, rehabilitation, and recovery. About our Care
UAB Trauma is comprised of multiple trauma surgeons specializing in an array of disciplines. Because injuries vary, there is a need for multiple specialties. Car and motorcycle crash victims, head traumas, fractures, internal and spinal cord injuries are common in the trauma center, and UAB is there to care for the patient from injury to rehabilitation—and seeing them through to recovery. Highly skilled and specialized surgeons in each area carry out Cardiothoracic, orthopedic, and neurology surgeries.

All efforts will be made to return your call on the same day or within 24 hours.
