Venous disease affects nearly 1 million people in Alabama, but is often overlooked or under-diagnosed. The vascular surgeons and medical experts at the UAB Vein Program specialize in vein disease and offer state-of-the-art treatments.
The UAB Vein Program provides outpatient care at the UAB Vein Clinic at UAB Hospital-Highlands and more intensive treatment at UAB Hospital. As the only program of its kind in the state, the UAB Vein Program is designed to care for a wide range of venous problems.
