Wear Sunscreen
Applying 30 SPF sunscreen daily, even in the winter, is the single most important thing you can do for your skin. Drink water
Drinking plenty of water (at least 8 8-oz glasses each day) keeps your skin hydrated and can help clear up blemishes and reduce dryness.
