- Severe Depression
- Substance Abuse (by referral to UAB Drug Free)
- Mood Disorders, such as Bipolar Disorder

- Evaluation Clinics provide an entry way to services by initial screenings
- Psychotherapy services that offer individual, family and group psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy
- Engel Adult Day Treatment Programs for patients who have been diagnosed with a serious mental illness (SMI)
- Various substance abuse programs available for individuals battling addiction
- The Research and Evaluation of Assertive Community Treatment (REACT) team provides community-based psychiatric treatment for patients with SMI
- Neuropsychological Evaluation for patients who suffer from serious mental conditions
- Psychopharmacology Clinic provides follow-up care for SMI diagnosed patients who need to be monitored for side effects and responses to prescribed medications
